Jon Hutchinson
Director of Education at the Reach FoundationJon is Director of Curriculum of Teacher Development for the Reach Foundation. He was previously a primary school teacher at an all through school in London. He’s also taught children in Key Stage 3 and at A Level, and was a Tutor on a Masters Course in Expert Teaching from 2018-2022. He now supports groups of schools around England to develop ‘cradle to career’ models in their communities, to ensure all children are able to enjoy lives of choice and opportunity.

The History Co:Lab is a field building incubator for innovation in History, and has created an award winning youth podcast UnTextbooked, as well as several initiatives and networks that activate museums as sites of local, inspired learning.
Oana Negru
Associate professor at the Department of Psychology, Babeș-Bolyai UniversityOana’s research focuses on youth identity development, at the intersection of educational and developmental psychology. She is interested in tracking self-formation and how young people process information as self-relevant and self-central. How do they choose from the myriad of information what is self-defining? Her work has been published in journals like Child Development, Developmental Psychology, and the Journal of Personality.
